RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website pitbulljeans.com .
Online purchases made through the website are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the delivery date.
All returned or exchanged item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must e-mail us at email@example.com or drop us a line informing the number of your order, the reason of the return and if it's an exchange or refund process.
Warning: Please don't send your purchases back before contacting and allow us 3 - 7 business days to your Refund or Exchange Request evaluation and inspection.
Once your return is received and inspected by our Distribution Center, we will e-mail you to notify the approval or rejection of your refund. Allow us the period for inspection (3 - 7 business days).
Warning: All items repriced (eg .: From $ xx.xx To $ xx.xx) and with the tag SALE are considered Promotional Item(s) and cannot be returned for refunds and they will be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you made your purchase using a store credit, refunds will be issued to the original card that was used. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward credit was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) was sent to you.

Presently, we are able to provide a prepaid return label only for exchanges.
We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges Policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.
Once your return is received and inspected by our Distribution Center, we will e-mail you, providing the Store Credit code.
